With a very busy year ahead G4S Events Team is recruiting additional Events Safety Stewards to help deliver unforgettable customer experience at some of Glasgow's top venues. This is your chance to be involved in sports events at Hampden Park, Ibrox Stadium, Celtic Football Club and Scotstoun Stadium as well as events at Scottish Event Campus, SEC Armadillo, SWG3 and New Edmiston House. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action.
Our Events Safety Stewards provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff, therefore you will be responsible for securing the venues, staff and visitors for our customers.
This may include:
* Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
* Visitor Engagement: Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors attending the event
* Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
* Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the visitor experience.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in events is not essential as full training will be provided
* Must be over 18 years old
* Evening and weekend availability required
* Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification not essential, but must be willing to complete the fully funded training once on board
* Excellent communication skills and customer focused.
You will be employed on a casual basis meaning you can work as many events as you like and make extra income at weekends or in the evenings.
