National Account Executive – Private Label
Location: Telford (Hybrid)
Contract type: Permanent and 12‑month fixed‑term contracts available.
We are recruiting National Account Executive (NAE) roles within the Private Label division. The role focuses on supporting a key private‑label retailer and driving commercial success through strong customer relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your Role
As a National Account Executive you will support the Senior National Account Manager in delivering profitable growth and operational excellence across the account. Your responsibilities will include managing key projects, driving execution and ensuring Mller delivers best‑in‑class service and innovation to our customer.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the key point of contact for the account, building trust‑based relationships with the buying team.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD) to align and execute customer plans.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, EPOS data and market trends to identify risks, opportunities and actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the demand‑planning team to provide accurate forecasting and to optimise stock availability.
* Maintain customer systems, manage invoice queries and ensure accurate and timely data management.
* Support end‑to‑end delivery of retailer‑specific projects, including NPD, range changes and promotional initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong analytical and numerical skills – confident in working with data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Experience within FMCG, retail or private‑label environments is highly desirable.
* A proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
* A full UK driving licence.
