Be part of the movement - and play your part.
About the role
The Stock & Logistics Manager plays a critical role in optimising stock performance, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and driving end‑to‑end supply chain efficiency across the retail business. The role works collaboratively with Category Managers, DSR (Data, Systems & Reporting), Global Travel Retail Managers, and both onboard and shore‑based teams to ensure product availability, high fulfilment standards, and alignment with commercial and financial objectives. Combining strong analytical capability with practical operational oversight, the position ensures robust replenishment processes, mitigates risk and maximises sales opportunities through effective stock planning and execution.
Please note – This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
You will be responsible for
* Leading the implementation and adherence of the Stock Optimisation Strategy, collaborating with Category Managers, DSR, and Retail leadership to reduce stock holding whilst maximising sales and minimising risks.
* Effectively managing the Automated Replenishment System through monitoring mins/max levels, applying seasonality uplifts and identifying insights and opportunities to optimise stockholding and availability.
* Ensuring availability and utilisation of KPI reports relating to fulfilment rates, stock cover, availability, and stock quality, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
* Coordinating vessel and shop delivery schedules, proactively resolving logistics, invoicing, and intake issues with internal teams and external logistics partners.
* Engaging regularly with Onboard Commercial Managers and shore-based teams, providing support on ordering tools, stock trackers, training, and addressing operational challenges to maintain accurate stock control and deliver supply chain cost savings.
* Driving SKU-level forecasting improvements across the Retail assortment by working closely with internal stakeholders and key external partners to advance processes, for optimised supplier stocks and great on-shelf availability.
About you
You will have at least three years' experience in a logistics, stock planning or similar analytical role, ideally within the UK FMCG or Travel Retail sector. You understand the processes and systems behind effective sales and stock planning, with experience managing forecasts, delivery schedules and intake plans to optimise availability and control stock levels. Highly numerate and analytical, you are confident using Excel to interpret data, build reports and support informed decision-making, with a proven track record of delivering stock optimisation and cost efficiencies.
Organised and commercially aware, you can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ideally educated to degree level in a business-related discipline, you are adaptable, confident in making calculated decisions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are willing to travel internationally when required.
