Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Maintain continuous and focused observation of all water areas, ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests. Operate and supervise water attractions, including slides, Pool, Splash Park & other water related activities. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid where required. Adhere to all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, First Aid, and Fire Evacuation protocols. Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately within specified deadlines. Report all potential accidents, hazards, and near-miss incidents to management. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of poolside, changing, and leisure areas. Assist in the delivery and organisation of activities within the sports and water resorts programmes. Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment for colleagues and guests alike Key Skills & Experience: Must hold relevant & valid NPLQ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact / engage with guests of all ages.
