Service Manager Opportunity
Pryda Recruitment is on the lookout for a talented, self-driven and passionate individual to join an established Ofsted reputable Children's residential care provider as a Service Manager.
The role will be overseeing the day-to-day management of a small cluster of children's residential care homes within the Staffordshire/Leicestershire region while being the RI or reporting to the RI for the homes in the cluster.

The successful candidate for this role should possess the following:
* Experience in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties/behaviour that challenges OR working with young people who are Neuro-diverse, live with learning disabilities.
* Solid successful experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting such as registered manager or responsible individual or area/operations manager
* A minimum level 5 Diploma in leadership and management or with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
* A Full UK Driving License
* Right to Work in the UK
The role of the Service Manager will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of a small cluster of Children's Care Homes within the organisation.
Line Managing the manager/s of the care homes within the given cluster of homes.
Providing hands on support to Home Managers and the RI as required.
Completing quality audits and creating action plans.
Developing and mentoring new leadership including less experienced RMs or Team leaders into RM roles.
Acting as a Designated Safeguarding lead and submitting reports as appropriate to the relevant authorities.
