A client within the private sector is currently recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a residential surveying environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role it to provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market-leading iPad technology, while maintaining professionalism and autonomy in managing your workload.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Delivering timely and accurate property reports for residential valuations
Managing your geographical area and ensuring strong relationships with residents
Introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery
Acting as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining high service standards
Adapting to changing business needs and fostering client relationships
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require:
RICS Accreditation (essential)
Registered Valuer
Strong attention to detail and excellent report writing skillThe below skills would be beneficial for the role:
Proficiency with iPad technology for property inspections
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage workload autonomously
