Are you a compassionate, proactive female carer looking to make a real difference in someone's daily life? At Aurora Community Care, we're seeking a dedicated support worker to work one-to-one with a gentleman in his 30s, helping him stay safe, active, and connected in his home and community.
This role is perfect if you want to build a long-term relationship and provide consistent, reliable support.
What You'll Do
* Provide practical support with day-to-day tasks, including medication management and personal care as needed
* Accompany your client to activities and appointments, supporting safety and wellbeing
* Keep a careful eye on the client and family members when necessary
* Offer companionship and a reassuring presence
* Maintain clear notes and communicate with the team to ensure coordinated support
What You'll Need
* Female (Section 9 of the Equality Act applies)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* Adult and Child DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Caring, patient, and responsible attitude
* Good communication skills and ability to build trust
* Some experience in care and/or mental health is highly desirable
