Key Responsibilities for the Panel Beater:
4. Panel Beating: Repair and reshape vehicle panels to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish.
5. Vehicle Restoration: Restore damaged vehicles to their original condition with precision and care.
6. Welding (Advantageous): Apply welding skills to support comprehensive repair processes, if applicable.
7. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience of the Panel Beater:
8. Proven experience in panel beating within a professional automotive setting.
9. Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
11. Relevant certifications in automotive repair are desirable.
12. Full UK driving license.
