Hybrid working 2-3 days a week - Peterborough/Huntingdon (Location dependent)
I am currently partnered with a law firm, who require a IT trainer to support with the following tasks:
* Provide day‑to‑day support for the firm’s core legal applications (e.g., iManage, BigHand, Elite, time-recording and workflow tools).
* Provide occasional 1st‑line cover during busy periods, including triage, ticket logging, and resolving simple application issues.
* Diagnose and resolve application issues, ensuring timely updates to users and clear ticket documentation.
* Investigate recurring problems and propose long‑term solutions or process improvements.
* Liaise with third‑party vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
If you are experienced in:
* Application support, systems support, or technical analyst role within professional services (legal, financial, consultancy, or similar).
* Strong working knowledge of legal or business applications such as:
* Practice Management (Elite 3E or similar)
* Document/Case Management (iManage or similar)
* Time Recording/Dictation (Intapp Time, BigHand)
* Microsoft 365 & related integrations
* Ability to analyse complex issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Strong documentation and process‑driven approach.
