Your responsibilities would include: • Leading and supporting a team delivering complex, projects and programmes, fostering a high-performance culture • Supporting team members in their career growth by identifying succession paths, training, and development opportunities • Championing health, safety, environmental protection, and wellbeing as fundamental values in all activities • Working with fellow Project Team Managers to ensure our project portfolio is well-resourced and meets the expectations of our internal clients • Promoting collaborative working practices across the team • Ensuring your team adheres to relevant legislation and policies, delivering projects in line with financial requirements • Contributing to the overall management of the SE Delivery Hub through portfolio leadership opportunities. e.g. Training and development lead role Join us and play a crucial role in leading and supporting a team dedicated to delivering important outcomes that link to our organisation business plan. Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident.
