Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire.
They are looking for a NQ-3 years PQE Employment Solicitor and are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £60,000 annum DOE.
The successful candidate will join a team dealing with both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters. This is a good opportunity for professional development and managing own caseload under supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
* Draft, Review and advise on employment-related documentation: Contracts of employment, Policies, Staff handbooks, disciplinary/grievance procedures and settlement agreements.
* Advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements
* Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
* Dealing with client enquiries
