Base pay range
Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (NRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). NRS is responsible for decommissioning first-generation nuclear power stations such as Berkeley, Bradwell, Chapelcross, Dungeness A, Hinkley Point A, Hunterston A, Oldbury, Sizewell A, Trawsfynydd, and Wylfa, as well as research sites Harwell and Winfrith. NRS also manages electricity generation at hydroelectric plant Maentwrog. Additionally, NRS Dounreay handles the cleanup and demolition of the former fast reactor research site.

About The Role

"My team comprises experienced Site Engineers overseeing construction and demolition projects at the Hunterston A nuclear site. Projects include installing new facilities, modifying existing structures, de-planting, and demolition. I welcome candidates who can bring their construction site engineering skills and experience. Self-motivation and a strong focus on delivery are essential."
Note: The contractual working hours are Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 17:15, ideal for those seeking a four-day workweek.

Qualifications
* Construction Skills CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
* Experience managing or supervising construction activities (essential)
* HNC / NVQ level 5 or equivalent (essential)
* Construction Design Management experience (essential)
