A renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation is now seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster Technician to join a growing team. The role will be based in the office, full-time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Adjusters and actively work on claims > £25,000.
2. Liaise with internal and external parties, managing emails, calls, suppliers, and clients.
3. Resolve customer queries, questions, or complaints, ensuring the best customer outcomes.
4. Appoint suppliers and manage progress independently of Adjuster engagement.
5. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in property claims management.
6. Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes of work, identifying errors and missed items.
7. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
