Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment & Intervention – Evaluate service users’ needs, identify risks, and determine appropriate interventions.
* Multi-Agency Collaboration – Work with professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies to deliver the best possible support.
* Case Management – Effectively manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with policies and priorities.
* Record Keeping & Administration – Maintain accurate case records and complete necessary documentation.
* Safeguarding & Risk Management – Ensure service users’ well-being by implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Supervision & Mentorship – Support students and contribute to their professional development.
* Service Development – Share knowledge and insights to contribute to service evaluations and improvements.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Social Work Qualification – DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or a Social Work Degree.
* Experience in a Statutory Setting – Strong background in assessments and crisis intervention.
* Knowledge of Key Legislation – Expertise in the Mental Capacity Act and experience working with vulnerable adults.
* Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with professionals across various disciplines.
