Position: Personal Secretary
Location: Wakefield
Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)
Working Pattern: Part-Time - 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.53
### What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our Chief Officer Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organise meetings, and maintain files with precision.
Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and flair.
Document Management: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising events or meetings, adding your personal touch to make them memorable.### Who We're Looking For:
