What you’ll do
• Lead complex refurbishments, upgrades and contract administration work
• Oversee key professional services including dilapidations, party wall and building pathology
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality, value-driven outputs
• Guide and mentor surveyors while contributing to team development and growth
What you’ll bring
• MRICS with significant commercial and public-sector experience
• Strong technical capability across design, specification and defect analysis
• Confident client-facing skills and ability to lead multiple projects
• Proactive, organised mindset with a collaborative leadership style
