Commitment to high-quality patient care. Key Role Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of residents health and medical needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health management and care plans. Assist with daily living activities as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident progress. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in care delivery.
