Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the finance mailbox and responding to queries Processing purchase ledger invoices and preparing payment runs Uploading payments to the banking system Performing bank reconciliations Supporting the Finance Manager with month-end tasks and reporting Creating and updating process documentation for the finance system (AccountsIQ) Assisting with general admin tasks, answering phones, filing, and supporting the wider team What you will need: Previous experience in accounts payable or finance admin General office administration experience Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach A team player attitude, someone happy to help outside of core finance duties Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables are a bonus, but not essential) What you will get: Part-time hours: 30 hours per week (10:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday) £27,000 to £29,5000 (Full time equivalent) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) 6% employer pension contribution Group Life Insurance (4x salary) Critical Illness Cover (75% salary) Employee Assistance Programme Free, onsite parking A friendly, supportive office environment with a diverse team If you’re looking for a steady, hands-on role in a values-driven organisation, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares - we’d love to hear from you.
