Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to the Head of CRM, leading a small but growing team (currently one CRM Executive) while collaborating closely with Lifecycle Automation, Creative, Product, Data & Insights, and Brand. Together, you’ll create high‑impact BAU and seasonal campaigns that strengthen player engagement, retention, and value.
What You Will Do
* Own the CRM campaign calendar – Plan and deliver all BAU and seasonal campaigns, aligning with automation journeys to create a seamless player experience.
* Develop creative CRM strategies – Craft bold, player‑first communications that drive retention, reactivation, and ARPPAP growth.
* Lead and mentor – Manage, coach, and inspire your team to deliver high‑performing, data‑driven campaigns.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally – Partner with Brand & Product Marketing to ensure alignment across promotions, messaging, and player touchpoints.
* Optimise performance – Review campaign results, analyse trends across PAPs, ARPPAP, and retention metrics, and identify actionable improvements.
* Champion innovation – Bring fresh ideas to creative testing, personalisation, and segmentation as we evolve our martech stack.
* Ensure excellence – Maintain a consistent MrQ voice and brand experience across every CRM channel (email, SMS, push, direct mail).
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
* Proven success leading multi‑channel CRM campaigns (end‑to‑end planning → execution → optimisation)
* Experience managing and developing teams
* Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and player lifecycle journeys
* Comfortable with data insights and reporting tools
* Creative mindset with a commercial edge – balancing brand and performance
* Familiarity with dotdigital or similar automation platforms; readiness to scale into a new martech stack
