Responsibilities:
8. The Nurse Aide in Training will undergo a comprehensive program to acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification needed to perform the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant. The Student will participation in HMR's structured educational program consisting of classroom instructions, clinical practice, and on-the-job, supervised training to perform the services for which they have been trained and found competent to perform during the training period.
Key Qualifications:
9. Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.
10. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
11. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
