Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer (AO) - Ballymena
We are currently recruiting for AOs based in Ballymena. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Rate of pay: £12.97 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves delivering services for customers based in Great Britain, focusing on State Pension telephony. Full training will be provided.
Main duties and essential skills include:
* Excellent customer service skills;
* Strong call-handling attributes;
* Effective verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers;
* Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
* Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and achieve targets;
* Basic IT skills and computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems;
* Organisational and good time management skills;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Strong work ethic with a desire to develop personally;
* Excellent attendance and punctuality.
These roles are full-time and office-based. Working from home may be available in the future.
Important: No leave will be granted before training is completed on 19.9.25.
Essential Criteria:
* GCSE/GCE passes (A, B, or C) in Maths and English (proof of certificates required);
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Proven ability to use initiative.
