What you'll be doing:
1. Providing proactive, commercially focused legal support on technology and IP-related matters across the BAE Systems group
2. Advising on complex contracts involving intellectual property and technology
3. Supporting engagement with the MOD and wider UK Government on IP-related issues, ensuring alignment with BAE Systems policy positions
4. Building solid working relationships across all levels of the business to become a trusted legal adviser
5. Promoting awareness of IP and technology-related legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures
6. Contributing to the implementation of BAE Systems Intellectual Property Policy within the business
7. Delivering or support legal training sessions on IP, technology law, and related topics
