We’re working with a fast-growing IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to support their expanding portfolio of key client accounts. This is an immediate start contract role, offering a competitive day rate and operating outside IR35.
🔍 The Role
You’ll play a critical role in managing and optimising commercial relationships with major MSP clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met while driving commercial value.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and managing Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with key clients
* Leading service and commercial reviews to ensure alignment with contractual commitments
* Monitoring and advising on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities
* Supporting account teams with commercial strategy and negotiations
* Driving a commercially focused approach to service delivery and client engagement
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in commercial contract management within IT/MSP environments
* Proven track record handling MSAs and complex client agreements
* Highly commercially driven mindset with the ability to balance risk and value
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams
* Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running
