What's the role?
As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-volume, single-site contractsinitially focused within the large power metering sector, with potential to expand into other areas of the business over time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving improvements in contract retention rates
Upselling additional services during contract renewal stages
Ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations

You will be working from our Glasgow Office on a 40 hour contract Monday to Friday. Please note: Interviews will be in person at our Glasgow Office, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.
Key responsibilities:
Contacting customers at contract renewal stage and issuing contract renewals
Upselling of new services at contract renewal stage
Placing customers to default renewal rates if no renewal documentation is returned
Ensuring contract compliance and monitoring exceptions
Where de-appointed during contract term contacting customer to be re-appointed
Triggering contract termination charges as appropriate
Dealing with customer contract queries
Dealing with debt escalations
