Overview
Join to apply for the Process Operator Lamination role at EGGER Group.
Responsibilities
* Operate as a member of the team in the Lamination department.
* Ensure that the workplace, equipment, vehicles and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
* Attend any further training courses as required at other EGGER UK locations.
* Complete shift reports detailing production and downtime, including any specific data required relevant to shift. Liaise with the Shift Supervisor and Day Support with regard to the operations of the shift.
* Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
* Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents/accidents and hazards are duly reported.
* Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual.
* Liaise with the shift supervisor and relevant engineering department as to the condition of the production equipment or problems.
* Provide support for holiday/sickness/training/maintenance cover to help maximise production output and efficiency when required.
Our Requirements
* Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
* Able to work 12 hour shifts days/nights.
