We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing team after a recent company expansion. You will be supporting business customers, answering queries, and helping them get the best from the company's products and services.
Duties will include:
Be the first point of contact for business customers
Support sales and onboarding
Re-engage dormant accounts
Build strong customer relationships
Promote suitable products and services
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Keep accurate records and follow company processes
This is a permanent role offering:
£25,000 basic salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 30)
Hybrid working
Up to 7% pension match
Private medical after probation

About you:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused
