This is a clerical opportunity in the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service. Roles are available at multiple local offices with permanent contracts and part-time/full-time hours.
Responsibilities
* Undertake a wide variety of administrative duties to support operational staff, including data input to social work case management systems, word processing, minute taking, arranging meetings using Outlook, maintaining spreadsheets, answering phone calls, using multi-functional devices, scanning and indexing documents, and other general admin tasks.
* Provide reception/office support where required and contribute to a fast-paced administrative service.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent knowledge of IT packages.
* Experience in an office receptionist or administrative environment is preferable but not essential, as full training is provided.

Hours, Vacancy and Salary
* Hours: 17.5 or 35 hours per week (permanent)
* Salary: £13.64 – £14.33 per hour
