Work includes reviewing and drafting employment agreements, advising on internal commercial reorganisations, handling internal disciplinary and grievance procedures, High Court claims on anti-compete and post-termination restrictions and employment tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. The firm, a highly ranked media law firm are the antithesis of a traditional law firm.
