Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tenterden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children s learning and development, particularly those with additional needs.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Help pupils develop social skills and emotional resilience
* Encourage independence and confidence in the classroom
* Support with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Experience working with children (school-based or similar settings)
* A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
