Senior Integrations Manager
(Payments Orchestration & iGaming Sector)
Location: Eastern Europe – remote or hybrid within the region
About the Opportunity
A rapidly expanding international payments orchestration provider-serving many of
the world’s leading iGaming operators-is seeking a Senior Integrations Manager.
Their platform powers high-volume, multi-currency deposits and withdrawals,
featuring a customisable Dynamic Cashier, smart routing and chargeback
optimisation, and customer segmentation tools that help gaming operators improve
conversion and reduce risk.
This role sits at the heart of these offerings: you will lead the technical and productfacing work that brings new payment methods, partners and markets online.
Key Responsibilities
Integration delivery
• Own end-to-end partner integrations-PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment
methods-covering scoping, technical design, testing, and go-live.
• Work with engineering and product teams to deliver seamless API connections,
robust webhooks, and secure authentication flows.
Product & cashier innovation
• Enable fully customisable cashier experiences: branding, multi-currency
support, taxation/surcharge settings, and region-specific flows.
• Contribute to the roadmap for the related orchestration products.
Smart routing & risk
• Implement and refine smart routing and cascading logic to optimise acceptance
rates, cost efficiency and chargeback mitigation.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure integrations meet
AML/KYC and iGaming regulatory requirements.
Analytics & optimisation
• Define and monitor key metrics such as cashier load times, success/failure rates
and error trends.
• Feed data-driven insights back into product and engineering to improve
performance and user experience.
Stakeholder management
• Act as the technical bridge between internal teams and external partners; ensure
smooth onboarding of gaming operators and payment providers.
• Provide clear documentation and developer resources to merchants and
partners.
Experience & Skills
• Proven track record in payment integrations: APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML,
sandbox environments.
• Solid background in payments / fintech, ideally with exposure to iGaming or
other high-risk verticals.
• Knowledge of smart routing, chargeback control, and customer segmentation
techniques.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to run multiple integrations
simultaneously across markets.
• Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks (PSD2, SCA, AML/KYC).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a
plus.
