Our client is seeking two talented legal professionals to join their growing property department:
* Residential Fee Earner
* Conveyancing Solicitor

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied and dynamic residential property caseload
* Handling both routine and complex client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Maintaining strong and trusted relationships with existing clients
* Expanding the department’s client base and promoting the firm through business development and networking
* Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and thoroughly
* Representing the firm at professional and client facing events when required
Preferred Requirements
Conveyancing Solicitor:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with proven residential conveyancing fee earning experience
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to advise confidently across residential property matters
Residential Fee Earner:
* Experienced Property Executive, Fee Earner, or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid track record in residential conveyancing
* Demonstrable ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
For Both Roles
* Experience in residential property matters for private clients, including exposure to commercial or corporate stakeholders in the residential property space
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Strong communication skills with a client centred approach
* Proven ability to build lasting client and third party relationships
* Enthusiasm for business development and willingness to engage in networking opportunities
* Collaborative team player with sound technical knowledge
