Plumber / Pipefitter – Construction Projects £70,000 - £100,000 Location: Bermuda Employer: Market-leading FM & Engineering Contractor (confidential) The opportunity An established FM and engineering business in Bermuda is urgently recruiting experienced construction plumbers / pipefitters to support a growing pipeline of commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on construction role, not a domestic service position. You’ll be working on technically interesting projects across hotels, hospitals, high-end commercial buildings and major refurbishments, with long-term work secured. Type of work You’ll be involved in a mix of plumbing and mechanical pipework, including: * Commercial plumbing installations (washrooms, kitchens, risers, plant connections) * Chilled water pipework, heat exchangers and plant room installations * Steam boilers and associated pipework (hotels & hospital) * Fuel oil pipework (upcoming projects) * Copper, steel and large-bore pipework * Projects ranging from short-duration works to 12-month+ major schemes Project split: * ~25% new build * ~75% refurbishments and renovations Pipe sizes typically range up to 8 inch, with occasional larger-bore work (10–16 inch+) on major projects.
