Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Carry out a range of technical work from routine service and maintenance, to repair and diagnostic work to pre-delivery inspections.
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic systems and methods to complete repair and maintenance jobs.
Work within the depot and travel to customer sites in the surrounding area to work on their premises.
Demonstrate and install machinery where needed.
Work closely with the parts department to accurately select required parts.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Complete relevant administration, including job card and warranty paperwork.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Experience with agricultural machinery, engines, electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Full UK Driving Licence.
