About this role As our Data Insights Lead for JEfB and DaaS UK, you will be the dedicated data expert driving growth for our corporate food and delivery services. You’ll join a team that values a customer-centric approach, using your expertise to influence strategic decisions across the UK and global departments. In this role, you will lead by taking full ownership of results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We are looking for a self-starter who excels at teamwork to deliver impact, even when working independently to define metrics for our newest products. These are some of the key components to the position: Autonomously lead insights for Corporate Food and DaaS to ensure the business understands key trading trends. Aim high by determining our approach to trade diagnostics and sharing key KPIs with global clients. Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to provide data-driven inputs for critical functional decisions. Drive excellence by developing and maintaining a robust data source for DaaS order performance. Support global teams by sharing UK best practices and influencing global data stakeholders. Ensure data integrity by creating a single source for transformation within Thoughtspot. Conceive and develop high-quality, external-facing dashboards for our partners to use. Present complex analysis and insights confidently to senior global stakeholders. Prioritize data requirements to ensure critical functions remain stable and impactful. What will you bring to the team? Expertise in undertaking complex data analysis using advanced SQL or Python. Strong data visualization skills with tools like Thoughtspot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel to extract insights from large, diverse datasets. Ability to develop an understanding of internal and external partners to provide tailored insights. Commitment to achieving goals by finding the "why" behind trading patterns and performance. A solid understanding of financial reporting, including Gross Profit, EBITDA, and P&L. Aiming higher to simplify complex information into clear, actionable presentations for stakeholders. A responsible approach to data that focuses on making a lasting impact on business performance.
