Automotive Vehicle Master Technician required for our Client's Premium Vehicle Dealership in Brighton, East Sussex!
Our Client, a large automotive dealership within a industry leading group covering over a plethora of sites in the region with highly established automotive brands, are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for their busy dealership within Worthing.

What duties our Client expects from their Master Technicians:
15. Main duties of the role will include servicing, diagnosis and repairs
16. Working in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
17. Liaising directly with customers where appropriate.
18. Providing support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues ensuring they are trained and up to date in their skills and knowledge of processes and repairs.
19. Share knowledge and expertise.
20. Ensuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others
What experience out Client expects of their Master Vehicle Technicians:
21. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
22. Previous work experience in a franchise dealership is always an advantage but by no means essential
23. VAG Experience would be preferable
24. Ability to work as part of a team effectively and cohesively
25. Commitment to delivering first class customer service.
26. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
27. A full UK driving licence is essential
