Contracts Manager
Hampshire-based | Projects in London & the South Coast
Full-time (part-time considered)
Nextgen Interior Solutions is a growing contractor specialising in drylining and interior fit-out. We work mainly in the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering projects that range from fast-paced refurbishments to large-scale new builds.
We're looking for a Contracts Manager who knows the industry inside out and wants to play a key part in our next stage of growth. If you're motivated, organised, and confident running multiple jobs at once, we'd like to hear from you.
What the role involves
* Running several drylining and fit-out projects at the same time
* Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials across live sites
* Keeping projects on track for time, budget, and quality
* Carrying out QA checks, with particular attention to fire-stopping and compartmentation
* Leading site and client meetings and being the main point of contact
* Making sure all health & safety requirements are met
* Reporting progress and keeping records up to date
What we're looking for
* Previous experience managing drylining/fit-out projects
* Strong IT skills – able to use drawings, spreadsheets, emails, and project software confidently
* Good knowledge of fire compartmentation standards
* Someone organised, communicative, and confident leading teams
* Willingness to travel between sites in London and the South Coast
* Full UK driving licence
It would be a bonus if you also have:
* SMSTS, HNC, degree, or similar construction management qualifications
* PASMA, IPAF, or other site accreditations
* Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
