Family Time Worker Families & Communities – Children and Families Services ? Staffordshire area We are currently recruiting a Family Time Worker to support children, young people and their families during planned and court-directed family time sessions. This is a rewarding, hands-on role for someone who is child-focused, emotionally intelligent and confident working in sensitive and sometimes challenging situations. About the role As a Family Time Worker, you will coordinate and facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their parents or wider family members. Your role will be to ensure sessions are safe, supportive and focused on promoting positive relationships and the child’s welfare. You will work closely with colleagues and partner agencies, contributing to accurate recording and reporting, and providing practical parenting guidance during sessions where appropriate. This role will require flexibility, including evening and weekend work, to meet the needs of children and families.
