Job Description
* Reviewing accounts of the businesses multi-sites
* Assisting site accountants and sales teams in forecasting/budgeting
* Work closely with head office accounting and reporting teams
* Implement effective financial strategies to enhance profitability.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
* Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's executives.
* Identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
* Coordinate and prepare annual budgets.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate:
* Qualifications - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Proficiency in financial software and applications.
* Able to articulate finance confidently to non-finance people
* Comfortable with leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the retail industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
