Job Title: Telesales Representative
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (Basic)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About Your New Telesales Representative Role:
Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
Develop new business relationships within the Powered Access Hire sector
Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups, proposals, and quotes
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targetsRequirements for the Telesales Representative Role Include:
Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Powered Access or hire industry
Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
