The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals working with major construction clients nationally.
You’ll be empowered to develop your own desk, supported by a strong brand, cutting-edge technology, and a business that values delivery over micromanagement.
This role is fully remote, giving you flexibility to work wherever you perform best as long as you bring a proven track record of billings and established client relationships within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the construction industry (blue or white collar, depending on your expertise).
* Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships, focusing on quality delivery and repeat business.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of proactive sourcing, referrals, and headhunting.
* Build a profitable desk and consistently exceed revenue targets through strong commercial acumen and client service.
* Negotiate terms of business, manage offers, and ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to cross-sell services and maximise client opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven billing history in construction, property or engineering recruitment (blue collar, white collar, or both).
* Strong client network and demonstrable relationship-building ability.
* Confident managing your own desk with minimal supervision — a genuine self-starter.
* Professional, credible, and commercially minded approach.
