The Role
You’ll take ownership of financial control, working within a collaborative and evolving group finance function.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance for your region
* Manage audit processes and external relationships
* Partner with commercial teams to improve reporting and month-end
* Support ongoing improvements across systems and processes
* Manage and develop a small team
* Contribute to wider group finance initiatives
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) audit trained an advantage
* Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Group Accountant or similar role
* Strong technical and reporting background
* Comfortable working in a multi-entity or complex environment
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop
