£A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the Manchester area have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, covering sites across Greater Manchester.

The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline. As a result, they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager to manage projects across Manchester.
Quality control
* Implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
* Pre and post contract planning and coordination
* Monitoring production levels and instigating necessary action
* Pre and post contract road and sewer adoption works
* Strong track record of managing multiple projects concurrently of various sizes and at different stages, delivered on time and to budget
* Background overseeing new build residential projects
* Strong understanding on UK building regulations
* Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
