GBR_Customer Experience Adviser | Retail & Business Banking | S1 | Alton & Petersfield
We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £26,180 per annum, made up of a base salary of £24,000 with a £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,680 discretionary performance-related amount. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, a listener and problem solver for our customers, helping with transactions, technology in-branch, or assisting over the phone while protecting against fraud and scams.
Location: United Kingdom (Alton branch & Petersfield branch)
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, from a face-to-face or telephony background
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

What else you need to know
* Full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
* Based in Alton and Petersfield branches
