We have a rare opportunity to join our team, working as a Weekend Receptionist/Administrator at our wonderful 40 bed, Residential & Dementia Care Home in Brockenhurst.
The Wilverley Association has been operating since 1964 and we are passionate about people whether its the residents we support, their relatives or our team members. We want to be able to recruit the best people, so we continue to be the care homes that our residents want to live in, and that our teams want to work in.
We are looking for an experienced, personable and professional receptionist to join our team. This role can be extremely busy at times so we are looking for someone adaptive and resilient but most of all, someone who can be a friendly face of the home!

Hours:
This is a job share role, therefore you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday each week, 10am-4pm.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming and assisting all visitors to our home
2. Answering the telephone and emails in a timely manner
3. Acting as the first point of contact for various enquiries and queries
4. Interacting with residents and care staff to help create a warm and homely environment
