Rate: Umbrella rate c.£21-26 ph / PAYE c.£16-20 ph + holiday pay (you would be PAYE with Ntrinsic for this contract)
7.5hr working day
Typically Tues-Thurs (3 days) in London office per week
We’re supporting a leading global organisation with the hire of a Project & Events Coordinator to join their London team. This is a hands-on role working across their flagship events programme, supporting three major European conferences. You’ll liaise with Field Marketing and Sales Teams across the UK, France and DACH regions, holding meetings and exchanging vital information face to face and via email with senior stakeholders and directors.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing large volumes of registration data, ensuring accuracy and a smooth attendee journey.
* Preparing and distributing engaging internal and external communications to stakeholders and clients.
* Supporting event logistics – coordinating schedules, attendee lists, and security processes for senior leaders and C-suite attendees.
* Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting) to manage and interpret registration and event data.
* Reviewing and improving processes to streamline future events.
* Working closely with the UK marketing team and colleagues across France and Germany, as well as regional sales leaders.
* Providing updates in meetings and ensuring information flows smoothly across teams.
About you
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment, ideally in an administrative, project coordination, or events support role.
* Excellent attention to detail – comfortable managing complex data and spotting errors.
* Proficiency in Excel (more than just the basics, but not highly advanced).
* Strong written English – able to draft clear, engaging communications for different audiences.
* Organised, proactive, and process-minded – enjoys making systems run more efficiently.
* A team player who is curious, eager to learn, and keen to lean into projects.
* Knowledge of French or German would be an advantage, but not essential.
