About the role We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our Group Control team, helping us deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality external financial reporting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing our Group results, supporting financial controls, and explaining complex accounting matters in a clear and engaging way for a variety of stakeholders. If you enjoy technical accounting, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and like working closely with people across the business, this could be the perfect next step in your finance career. You will be responsible for Supporting the preparation and delivery of Group external financial reporting in line with IFRS. Acting as the key contact for a Business Unit and reviewing periodic performance. Presenting and analysing results for senior stakeholders. Preparing technical accounting papers and explaining complex issues clearly. Working with auditors, monitoring new standards, and contributing to process and control improvements. You will need A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Experience in financial reporting, audit or financial control. A solid understanding of IFRS and technical accounting concepts. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment. Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and a proactive approach.
