End User Support Engineer Contract length: Until Nov 2025 (high possibility of extension due to the volume)
Location : Cambridge Onsite (5 days a week)
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician to assist with the global replacement of thousands of devices. This role involves rebuilding laptops and swapping them with staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Rebuild and swap laptops for staff members worldwide.
Provide desktop setup and support for new devices.
Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows and Office365.
Offer excellent customer service and support to staff during the device swap process.
Must-Haves:
Experience with Desktop Skills/Desktop setups/Desktop swaps.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Office365.
