We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our duty team, providing high-quality care for acute and same-day presentations.

We are developing our acute service and see a strong Advanced Clinical Practitioner team as integral to this. As part of our duty team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely care for patients with acute and same-day presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute/same-day presentations
* Work as part of the duty team, supporting urgent patient needs
* Prescribe medications where required
* Contribute to the development of our acute service
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to enhance patient care

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Healthcare Professional
* Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience of working with a wide range of acute presentations in all ages.
* Experience of working in primary care
