We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Milton Keynes, seeking a proactive teacher to provide part-time cover for staff absence and longer-term cover needs.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their working week.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Primary curriculum as required. Step into classrooms with confidence, maintaining a calm, structured, and productive environment. Build positive relationships with children and staff to ensure consistency and support across year groups. Adapt to different class dynamics and use effective behaviour management strategies. Use technology confidently to support and enhance teaching and learning. Support learners with SEND in the classroom, adapting strategies to meet their individual needs.Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential). Recent, proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas-only teaching experience are not suitable). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Confident, proactive, and adaptable - ready to take the lead on short notice. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms in teaching.
