Our client is a growing IFA that is truly independent, offering whole of market financial planning advice. It is an independently owned company experiencing organic growth.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join them as they continue their expansion. This role is suitable for someone with 3+ years of advising experience, possibly from a larger company or restricted firm, who now seeks to provide clients with whole of market independent advice within a smaller, impactful environment. You will be supported by Administrators and Paraplanners, and there will be assistance in growing your client base through lead generation and incoming enquiries. They are not necessarily looking for an aggressive business developer to build a book from scratch; ideally, you will have existing relationships and clients who will follow you post-restriction. You will also benefit from existing client referrals.
The company's strategy emphasizes client referrals and organic growth over high-pressure sales targets.
It is essential that you are Level 4 qualified (CII/CISI/LIBF) and comfortable working in a small company environment where you can add value and contribute to the firm's ongoing growth.
This role is office-based with one day per week working from home.
The salary is negotiable based on experience, with a bonus structure on top.
